Do you know about the gift of Salvation
that is freely given to all?

Do you want to experience a change in your
life?
Do you want to know what your God-given
purpose is?
Salvation is faith in Jesus Christ and
belief that God sent Jesus to die for our sins so that we may have eternal life!
John 3:16 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son,
that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
The bible tells us that whoever believes in Jesus Christ and believes that He
died for their sins will be saved. You must believe that Jesus truly did die for
your sins, admit that you are a sinner, and ask Jesus to come into your heart!
The Call of Salvation begins with John
6:44, “No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him:
and I will raise him up at the last day.”
Saints, if you have been struggling with a
feeling that something is missing and there has to be something better out
there, then you have just been touched by the very hand of God.
Eternal Life Begins Here!
Acknowledge: that you are a sinner. The
Word of God tells us, “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of
God.” Romans 3:23. Saints, you are not perfect and neither is anyone else!
Believe: Christ died for your sins; all of
your sins … the sins of the past, present and future … have been covered by
Christ’s death upon the cross. You have not committed a sin which will keep
you from the salvation and the love of God, even if many would have you believe
you have.
Confession: Begins with accepting who
Christ Jesus is and making Him your Savior by acknowledging what He did for you
and asking Him to come into your heart! The Word of God tells us, “… if thou
shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart
that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.” Romans 10:9.
The Prayer of Salvation begins
with faith
in Jesus Christ.
When we pray the prayer of salvation, we
are stating a belief in the Word of God (bible). We ignite the faith which was
given to us for the Word of God says, “By the faith He has given us, we choose
to believe in Him.” The Bible tells us that "without faith it is
impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and
that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him." (Hebrews 11:6)
God, I recognize that I have not lived my
life for You up to now. I have been living for myself and that is wrong. I need
You in my life; I want You in my life. I acknowledge the completed work of Your
Son, Jesus Christ, in giving His life for me on the cross at Calvary, and I long
to receive the forgiveness you have made freely available to me through this
sacrifice. Come into my life now, Lord. Take up residence in my heart and be my
king, my Lord, and my Savior. From this day forward, I will no longer be
controlled by sin or the desire to please myself, but I will follow You all the
days of my life. Those days are in Your hands. I ask this in Jesus' precious and
holy name. Amen."
The Bible says, "Therefore if any man
[be] in Christ, [he is] a new creature; old things are passed away; behold, all
things are become new." 2 Corinthians 5:17
If you decided to repent of your sins and
receive Christ today, welcome to God's family. Now, as a way to grow closer to
Him, the Bible tells us to follow up on our commitment.
· Tell someone else about your new faith
in Christ.
· Spend time with God each day. It does
not have to be a long period of time. Just develop the daily habit of praying
(Conversation) to Him and reading His Word. Ask God to increase your faith and
your understanding of the Bible.
· If you don’t have a bible, get one
ASAP! There are many versions to choose from. For a new convert the New
International Version (NIV) is recommended.
· Don’t be afraid to ask questions from
seasoned Christians! GWOE Ministry is here for you! Please drop us a line any
time. Expect to receive only bible-based answers and nothing else. Our opinions
are secondary to the Word of God and we are committed to only sharing what the
Word of God (bible) says on any given subject.

can worship God.
